Driven by a desire to improve well-being through design, Daniel creates properties that are a pleasure to occupy. Maximising the potential of every project, Daniel reduces stress by managing the project end-to-end and saves time and effort by helping select and manage contractors. Daniel works tirelessly to make the client experience an exciting and memorable one – for all the right reasons.
With a career spanning over 20 years, he has worked with some of the UK’s leading architectural firms. An exceptional architect, he brings infectious enthusiasm, remarkable vision and problem-solving ability to design extraordinary homes for joyful living and commercial spaces so people and businesses prosper.
Andrew Billington
Andrew Billington, BArch (hons) MArch – Architectural Designer
Bringing clients’ property ambitions to life, Andrew provides support from concept-design to planning approval. With a previous career in residential sales and kitchen design, Andrew brings a unique perspective to the design process. Ensuring spaces flow seamlessly with one another, his designs create more workable spaces for harmonious living.
Incorporating his background in residential sales and kitchen design into his architectural practice, Andrew offers a holistic approach to his work. Aligning the design with clients' desires, he optimises space, maximises the budget and creates designs for homes that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
Ignius Pupinis
Ignius Pupinis BA (hons) DIP Arch RIBA – Technical Architect
Putting an end to guesswork, Ignius produces extremely detailed technical plans so clients have certainty of project cost. Leaving no stone unturned, Ignius helps clients prevent escalating costs while ensuring quality and building compliance.
Combining all the information for contractors and consultants, Ignius produces one set of plans for construction, allowing all contractors to accurately cost their services and deliver a build that meets the client’s vision and needs. Delivering more efficient and cohesive builds, his technical expertise and detailed plans ensure projects can be brought in on time and on budget.
Lilley Harvey
Lilley Harvey - Design & Well-being Consultant
Positively impacting wellness for longer, healthier and happier lives, Lilley helps create harmonious living spaces for our clients. Working with our technical team and Design and Colour Consultant, Lilley uses her nearly 20 years in the wellness industry to create spaces that nurture the physical, mental and emotional well-being of inhabitants.
With a fashion and well-being background, Lilley brings a unique perspective which helps the studio have a much more rounded approach to the design of spaces and buildings. This collaboration leads to the construction of joyful, healthy homes that enhance the lives of all who live there.
Maxine Allen
Maxine Allen - Interior Designer & Colour Consultant
Encouraging clients to find their own style rather than simply following fashion, Maxine helps to make houses home by improving how people live in and use their space. Focused on creating interiors that clients love, Maxine delivers timeless, stylish spaces that reflect the owners’ personalities and the property’s character.
With a career in creative arts, Maxine specialises in colour and pattern, often using existing furnishings as a starting point for cohesive design. Taking cues from the property and driven to create spaces to enhance well-being, she enjoys working with clients who are bold in their choices. With a master’s degree in Stained Glass Conservation and Heritage Management, Maxine’s expertise in interior and garden design is invaluable, particularly when working with historic or period properties.
